Please read the instructions in the following sections carefully!
Parents are encouraged to guide and support their children in fasting between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. This practice helps children gradually build discipline, understand the value of fasting, and participate meaningfully in the experience.
• No earring or jewelry for both men and women, including body piercings.
• No finger or toe nail polish, lipstick or any make-up.
• All women must have their hair covered while the program is on.
• No hair attachment: Weave braids etc. Or hair coloring.
• Women must not wear Pants/Jeans/Trousers and must dress properly as Women.
• Bring your paper towel, a bottle of olive oil, a Bible, note book and a pen/pencil for notes.
